Cabot L. Jaffee, Ph.D. is the President and Chief Executive Officer of AlignMark. Dr. Jaffee's areas of expertise include testing, electronic selection, assessment centers, job analysis, managerial development, performance appraisal, and legal concerns associated with personnel evaluation. Dr. Jaffee has published articles and authored a book in these areas. Dr. Jaffee is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Association of Test Publishers, the Society for Human Resource Management, the American Society for Training and Development, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He is also a member of the Advisory Committee to the Congressional Internet Caucus.

As SVP of Operations, Mr. Struth manages AlignMark's Consulting Services and Product Development Divisions. He has over 27 years of experience designing and implementing organizational effectiveness programs. Mr. Struth has published numerous articles in the area of Human Resources, and co-authored "The Art of Managing."
